1. Agreement to Terms:
   By accessing and booking with Central Pest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of Central Pest and our customers.
2. Booking Policies:

• Reservations: Bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, maintenance).

3. Arrival and Participation Requirements:

• Check-in: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth start.
• Age Policy: Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Health and Safety: Our escape room involves physical and mental challenges. Participants should be in good health and not under the influence of alcohol or other substances that may impair their abilities. Participants with conditions like claustrophobia, epilepsy, or any other physical or mental health condition are advised to exercise caution, as we are not responsible for health-related incidents that may arise during the experience.

4. Participant Conduct:

• Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat our premises and props with respect. Any intentional damage to our property, including props, equipment, and furnishings, will result in charges to cover the repair or replacement costs.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food, drink, and unauthorized recording devices are not permitted inside the escape rooms.

5. Liability Waiver:
   By participating in our escape room, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the experience. Central Pest shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained during your visit.
6. Intellectual Property:
   All content, images, puzzles, and designs on our website and within the escape room are the intellectual property of Budapest Attraction Ltd.. Reproduction or distribution without our permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Changes will be posted on our website, and where possible, we will notify you of significant updates.
8. Governing Law:
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or related to your booking or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hungary.
