Rules

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these rules during your visit:

1. Arrive on Time
   Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the check-in process and receive a briefing.
2. Respect the Space
   Treat the room and props with care. Do not use excessive force or attempt to dismantle anything unless instructed.
3. No Outside Tools
   All tools needed to solve the puzzles are provided in the room. Using personal devices, such as phones or tools, is not allowed.
4. Keep it Safe
   Do not climb on furniture, force open locked items, or engage in behavior that may cause harm to yourself or others.
5. Follow Instructions
   Listen carefully to the game master’s instructions and follow any guidance provided during the game.
6. No Food or Drink
   To protect the props and maintain the room’s cleanliness, food and drinks are not allowed inside.
7. Photography and Filming
   Photos or videos are not permitted inside the escape room to keep the puzzles a surprise for future players.
8. Teamwork is Key
   Work together as a team to solve the puzzles! Communication and collaboration make the experience more fun and successful.
9. No Alcohol or Drugs
   Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.
10. Enjoy the Experience!
    Immerse yourself in the world of Friends and have fun! If you need help, our game masters are always available to provide hints.
11. Cancellations or Changes
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
12. Late Arrivals
    If you’re running late, reach out to us immediately. You may still participate, but the game time will be reduced to ensure other sessions start on time.
